Purpose<\/h3><\/div>

EUROENGINEERING was established with the aim of providing comprehensive services in the field of legal and technical support for those who own or manage real estate (plots, agricultural land, residences, commercial properties, etc.). A key objective in the upcoming period in which the Land Registration for the entire country is underway, with a completion horizon set for 2020-22, is the timely and accurate declaration and registration of all those with real rights over properties in the National Cadastre, as mandated by law, in order to secure their real estate and avoid potential inconvenience or additional costs in the future, in cases where they either do not proceed with a declaration or where these are registered incorrectly (incorrect boundary registration\/property geometry, non-recognition of property rights, erroneous title entries, etc.).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The objective of our team of engineers and partner lawyers is to inform and guide citizens, so that they can correctly declare their properties in the National Cadastre, even in areas where the registrations have been completed, through the procedures specified (obvious error procedure or judicial), all at an affordable cost, significantly lower than the cost they would incur if their rights are not accurately recorded and they are forced to resort to the process of objections or judicial appeals, which not only incur costs but also have uncertain outcomes.
